Im pretty sure we already have every template available. They're all in the Misc. files/ utilities sections, check there first next time ;)
Besides, thanks to the magic of the ehanced editor[s], and even the old Hidden Units .dat, most of us do not require templates anyways.

This is useless mostly.. But it is a bit usefull if you want to start your scenairos without the edited .dat... But other than that, this is good for nothing.
I don't have any offense to the author, as he simnply posted it at an unfortunate time.
