In this template, you are given 10 photon men. Use the scenario builder to move them around, delete some, and add others. To add more photon men in the scenario builder, just click on the player you want to have a photon man (player 1, 2, etc.). Then button "move" and move one around. Then, click the button "place" and then place all you want and position them!

This is a good template for anyone that wants to add photon men to a scenario. I like this template because it is a scn extension as opposed to scx so I don't have to change it. The only thing I don't like is that it is a tiny map that the men are on so you don't have a large area to work with but still this is a great template.
Additional Comments:
There is another problem comes up (but this is due to the game itself as opposed to this template) but the colors of the photon men are all the same even for other players. One way around this problem is to download the Photon Man Mod but I don't recommend it.

Firstly, the cheat unit doesn't fit into the ancient setting so has limited use on that front. Secondly, the template is no longer required thanks to modern tools (such as the composite editor).
Additional Comments:
Data editing or using the composite editor pretty much replaces the need for such templates.
Also, the majority of existing templates seem to be for one map size rather than covering all sizes.
