If you are a designer you need this. Speed up the game to quickly see if your AI and PER files are working as they should. An inavluable time saver when playtesting.

Achievement of Idea (5/5):
The idea was simple - to use the registry files (I think) of AoE so that the game can be tuned to higher speeds. And it was achieved perfectly. You can tune speed from 1 to the limit in hexadecimals (FF, I think), 256.
Interface (5/5):
A small but powerful interface - a slider to set a number and a button to save. Simple and effective.
Documentation (4.5/5):
I give this point 4.5 because there is virtually no documentation - but the program is so simple that it doesn't even need one.
Bug-free? (5/5):
A perfectly bug-free program. The only bugs are at too high speeds in game, but they are bugs of the AoE engine, not the utility. I recommend everyone a speed of 100.
Additional Comments:
A useful utility - saves a lot of time when testing AI files, or if you want to see something new and weird happen to AoE. A simple, but effective AND useful tool. Good Work!
