The campaign manager is a tool I've had for so long that I just take it for granted. The program is used for editing campaigns with three main features - adding and removing scenarios, which is handy if you want to make changes to an existing campaign, while the most valuable feature is that you can extract scenarios from a campaign, meaning you can view scenarios from campaigns in the scenario editor.
This is a must for a scenario designer - from looking at the ES scenarios to studying how things were done in the best designers maps, to pinpointing a bug in a rookie designers work to help in a review, this is something everyone should have. Often people ask how to open scenarios from a campaign and I link them here.
Finally as a wonderful bonus this campaign manager works not only for AoE and RoR, but even for AoK and AoC scenarios.

It is a wonderful program, was looking for something long to translate into Spanish campaigns AoEH discharge, I live in Argentina and my English is very basic, so that makes me a little time to read the clues and instructions of the scenarios.
Congratulations to Phill Phree by this amazing and powerful tool.
