I believe (not sure, though) that Walmart is getting it the 20th. Their website said it was only shipping on the 18th. I went in one today and asked, but they hadn't the faintest idea. They kinda stared at each other blankly, then said "Dunno, we give up. When is AOEIII coming in?" Needless to say, they were of little help.

Walmart here in NY is getting on the shelves the 18th...actually they have it but when i called they said they wouldnt sell it until tomarrow.

hmm well i live in CT so mayb my walmart has it tomorow too? idk... shiping co.s never get it right...

Our Wal-Mart didn't seem to know, but said that they get new game shipments on Wed and Fri. Office Max said Fri. Staples said maybe Wed. Sam Goody said Tues or Wed. Too bad the closest Best Buy is about 80 mi away. That's a little too far to drive just to get a game.

what are you guys talking about release date. it must be in stores now or how in the world my brother has it. he had it for like past 5 days. i even played like few games. I felt the campane in ACT 1 is kind of hard becuase i am not a regular AOE gamer. i usually play Rome Total war. so anyways i suggest you take a trip to your game shop they might even have.

It seems like your brother got it illegally, as the game hasn't been released yet (not untill midnight). Plus in this thread we are discussing the avaliblilty IN STORES, not just release date.

He did not got the game illegally.It is in the case with original manual and stuff. it was a stupid mistake by the postal company. they accidently delivered the game early. they even sent another letter two days ago that they are sorry to accidently sending the package early.

In Cambridge, Ontario, EB Games in the cambridge centre mall is selling them. Apparently, theyve had so many inquiries, they paid extra for sameday shipping.
