8 hussar start relies solely on surprise and the speed of your hussars.

EARLY AGGRESSION PAYS OFF!

DECK

*note -works on all game versions,add more cards on TAD

DISCOVERY AGE

Put 2 settlers pick up all the crates. Put the other settlers and Tc waypoint on huntables.
After the 2 settlers has picked the crates put them on huntables

-First shipment should be 3 settlers

-go treasure hunting with your explorer.

-As soon as you have 800 food age up with 400 wood politician. (You should start aging with around 2:20ish)

WHILE AGING

-Put 4-5 settlers from food to gold. You need it for the hussars

-Build an mosque or gather experience treasures to get your second shipment before Colonial

-Do not send your 2nd shipment save it to colonial

COLONIAL AGE- let the game begin!

- Pick up the 400 wood from the age up. Build an *stable, barracks and a house.
Building your stable in your base is ok,but the barracks must be built at a
foreward location so that the opponent belives that its an "normal" jann rush.

*( Tip:if you put your barracks and stable in control
groups, you can train units from them without looking)

-Send the 5 janissary or 3 hussar card and queue 5 hussars ASAP
and try to get as many janissaries as possible (you should be able to train 2-3 janissaries)

-As soon as the shipment arrive combine them with your trained hussars and janissaries and attack your opponents base or fb.

-go for military buildings first 8 hussars +3 jans or 5 hussar and 8 janns can take them down easily

-Third shipment should be 3 Hussars/5 janns to reinforce the attack/rush or 700 food so that you can muster more jannisaries out.

-Use your hussars wisely, kill settlers, light infantries and other units that are weak to cavalry.

-After that it�s up to you what you want to do.

You can go to fortress age or finish him with a larger force.
I prefeer to keep raiding while building up a bigger force.

But the important thing is that you stay active, raid him to keep the advantage.
Also remember to get the mosque and basic market upgrades

Yeah nice job with the strat, in fact, it's pretty awesome in some cases. I know because i've done something like that.

The biggest point im going to pull out is, that when you play with ottomans NEVER put settlers to wood or coin in begin.

And for the ageup, 400 wood is essential. with it, u can make stable + 2 houses. There's a more pro way to this, that goes like following:

Normal startup, herd and stuff, but don't make tp. Save 200 wood + 400 wood from ageup for ur rush.
Ageup with 400 wood (as mentioned) and put 5 settlers coin rest to food. When ageup arrives, barracks and stable, que up the hussars send the additional 3 more hussars. After u have the 8, just switch to jans and send 5 janissaries. After that, Just do what u think is needed to do.

I have only played about 5-6 games with them so Im not so familiar to them

I usually get the 50 wood from tresoures, but I just thought to write it down incase of.

And im not putting the settlers on gold in the beginning. I put them while I am aging to Colonial.

Sounds good. You could ship 5 jans instead of 3 hussar maybe? More quick jan for taking out any pike he might have built cuz he saw your stable

but against you the strat failed, but I won anyway

I attack really early so that the opponent doesnt have time to build any kind of military units.

That's what the otto does.

Valck u know it could be shifted that 2nd card 5 jans and 3rd card 3 hussars. If the worst case scenario happens and u lose the hussars somehow, there's still 3 more to get

idk if it is just me but i agree with lord sami on the tp because you really need only 2 shipments for this strat and by my prior experience, i think that you don't need the tp to get the xp for 2 shipments by the time you age.

here is how i would do it,

2 on crates, rest on hunts and have one crate villie build 1 house and when the crates are gone have them go to hunts. rest of villies from the tc go to hunts.
no tp. this would save 250 wood that could get you a barracks and with the 50w normally leftover, could get you another house. i would age with 400 wood and then send 5 vills from food to gold and then go as the bo says but build one stable and one rax to prevent kamikaze.

Also, when u have no tp or mosque, xp treasures are the way to go if u want to get a card pick on the ageup.

Against russia, not the smartest idea. They'll have a blockhouse out early, so you can't prevent them from producing military units. He sees your hussars, and he can turn his strelet+cossack combo to making some musketeers instead.

Good strategy, just a couple spelling mistakes here and there. Remember to use bb-coding (bolding, coloring, ect.) to make it look a bit better too.

If U are having trouble watching the rec, rename it to just sthing random, like 1v1. That way it will work.

P.S always check after renaming that the file is a Age3Yrec(tad) age3rec(vanil) age3xrec (twc)

i tried this versus a russian =D

DD FOR ME!

he saw my stable and like arcane said, went musk+cossack. Then when he killed my hussars and i went for jans he came with strelets. Seriously, how do u beat a russian with ottoman, its near impposible! Unless you get his villagers which i doubt he will let you do =D

for russian i think you should go abus with the 5 jan card against cossacks abus rape all of russian infantry. Also try to get fortress asap because then you can send 2 falconets/spahi/mams and then you have a decent chance.

Nice write up good job, hussars are good cav so you can use them for lots of things and raiding is one of my favourite things to do

. So by raiding and keeping constant pressure on your opponent then this allows you to do what you need to do, either boom and get huge eco or make more army and finish him off with a huge force.
