Okay, so first I should introduce myself. I play aoe3 on gameranger, and for those of you who play it, I am Magnificen† [£eg¡øn]. I've been playing for about a year now, so I'm at least decent.
I play primarily dutch, they being a VERY good overall civ, so when I saw Mrmilo's FF video, I was quite intrigued. He is a very good player, far better than me, but the video wasn't very specific. I watched it through a few times carefully, and came up with what I think is the specific build order for MrMilo's 3 bank dutch FF.
CARDS NEEDED:
3 Villes
700 Wood
700 Food
CARDS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:
9 Ruyters
7 Ruyters
8 Skirms
7 Skirms
+1 Bank Limit Cards
Church Card
Forts (both)
Factories (both)
Tulip Speculation
BUILD ORDER
Discovery age: 3 villes collect gold crates then 1 wood crate, then mine, 3 villes gather food crates, then hunt. Build a house with one gold ville. First two villes to gold, then the rest to hunts. Once you have queued 7 villes total (13 pop), move gold villes to hunts. Once 16 pop (starting villes + produced villes + 3 ville card), age with Quartermaster.
Transition: Distribute villes as follow: 4 gold, 6 food, 6 wood. Once 300 wood has been collected, move 1 wood ville to gold and the other 5 to food. Queue as many villes as possible.
Colonial age: Immediately send 700 wood, and gather the 400 wood from crates. You should have enough food to put up 2 banks. The next few villes go to food. Keep queuing up villes. Once the 700 wood arrives, put up a 3rd bank, build a 2nd house, and put up a market. Research the gold tech, and queue 2 more villes (22/30 pop). Gather 500 food (should happen quickly), then redistribute villes as 16 on gold, 6 on food. Third card is 700 food. When this arrives and you collect it (with food villes), you should have approximately 1200 F / 1000 G.
From here, you have choices. You will always age up here, but which politician is up to you. I'll usually go with exiled prince if im not under pressure, but if I am I'll go with the skirm politician. Also, while aging up I usually put a lot of villes on wood to but up a stable and an art foundry, so i can go ruyter/culv/falc. Again, it's up to you what to do in fortress.
Good luck, and any input is certainly welcome.
