Introduction to Filipino mythology: The Filipino believe in the spirits of fire, water, and air and that these form the three most important things in Filipino mythology.
Air: Heaven- Kaluwalhatian
Fire: Hell- Kasamaan
Earth: Human Soul- Kaluluwa

Ancient Filipino History: The Negritos, or pygmies, of Africa, originally settled the Philippines and made it like a Paleolithic culture. The Indonesians settled next, transforming it with copper weapons and agricultural practices into a Bronze Age like culture. The Malays turned the Philippines into and Iron Age like culture with steel and sophisticated weapons, and an excellent maritime culture. This mixing of three cultures birthed the Filipinos. The Philippines were a civilization with inter-kingdom warfare, like the city-states of Greece. They were successful trading partners with Malaysia, China, Japan, India, Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The Filipino generate favor by one of their heroes, the Mambabarang, gathering resources in a special way. Task the Mambabarang like a normal villager and they start to gather resources, which they can drop off to temples as offerings. They gather slower than villagers and each five-resource offering is equal to one favor. The Mambabarang are also healers and good vs. MUs. They throw magic like the lampadas in AOM: TT.

Military units- Filipino warriors were very fierce and experts at dual-weapon and hand-to-hand combat. They were also master ambushers utilizing the terrain to its fullest extent to crush an enemy by surprise.

Torogan- trains infantry and archers. Filipino buildings were immensely strong, made to be able to withstand earthquakes, hurricanes, and volcanic eruptions. For that reason Filipinos have the strongest houses in the game.

The Filipino martial arts utilize every martial weapon including the head, shoulders, elbows, forearms, hands, knees, shins, feet, and in some cases biting.

Buno Monk- unarmed Filipino monk that is only good against archers. Although weak against all other units, the Buno Monk can slaughter archers; one can easily take at least three archers at once.

Maybe one of their god powers can be ride pimping, where they pimp out a chariot with nitro and chrome. And when you click on their villies they say "muchacho" or "wassup hombre?"

Filipino has got to be the most random choice for a culture in AOM 2.

Does anyone else feel like when they spell pwn with an O they just made a spelling mistake?

Right, because (no offense to other civ designers) Ainu, Hebrew, Hi'anger, Java, and Tupi-Guarani aren't at all "random".

There isn't really anything random about the Filipino as a civilization for AOM2 because they had a very rich mythology, heroes, gods, and mythical creatures. Mixed with good military background and you have everything you need for an AOM civilization.
