It is up to level 131 and will work for vanilla (age 3) non-expansion as well. - xent was here

I sont think this is really necessary... if I just do a modification of skill points of each nation I have the same effect XD

yea, u dont need to install this or anything. just modify your file using word, and you can do anything with your civ. just go to my documents, my games, age of empires 3, savegame, and then go and find the name of your file, such as sp_(the name of your city)_homecity. it will open in internet explorer as default, and then you can choose to edit it with word.then, you can choose any level you want, along with how many skillpoints, etc. no need to download anything.

Everything worked out fine when i started a game using one of my civ. I did notice a few things that i had to fix miner problums

Creativity: 5
Good idea, this is one of the modpacks ill keep.

Art and Sound: 5
The art was good all the custimizations were already done

Installation/Instructions: 5
The read me file was ez to understand all i had to do was put the the xml documents in save game not that hard.

Story/Description: 3
It was a little small, but i cant be picky.
