This mod changes the national flags of the Revolution countries that are displayed in the resume screen (after a skirmish play) from the generic "?" one to that that is used ingame.

Just unzip the file in the main AoEIII directory.

This will definitely make things nicer. I don't like seeing the "random" flag (white with red question mark).
