The First Bowling Ladder

Basics
When you're standing at the approach to the lane:

• move the mouse to the left or the right to adjust where the bowler stands.
  
• Press and hold the mouse button, then move the mouse in a gentle upward motion, releasing the button along the way. (With this motion you control the angle and the force of your throw.)
  
• Move the mouse to the left or the right while the ball is travelling down the lane and you'll add spin to the ball.
  

League Rules and Procedures

• After you finish a game, someone must email me a screenshot of the scorecard or the game is not valid
  
• To be an offical game, you must play with someone else from the ladder
  
• The name you choose in a game must clearly represent in some way you forum name. (ie: kevo', Adder, DM, AW)
  
• If you quit midgame, whatver you already have bowled is counted as your final score.
  
• Slow rolling is allowed when going for a spare. If you actaully manage to get a one click roller to the pins and not end up with a 7-10, I'll be amazed. Then I'll dock 50 points. Moderate rolling at a reasonable rate is fine.
  

League Scoring
The league scoring will use this formula:

Flawless Bonus: If you do not bowl any open frames (the bonus roll on the bonus frame must be taken, but a strike is not required to bowl a flawless game) you recieve a 100 point bonus after you score is adjusted.

Turkey Bonus: If you bowl a turkey, you recieve a 100 point bonus after you score is adjusted. You recieve 50 points for each additional strike in a row.

Split Bonus: Convert 3 Splits in a game and recieve a 100 point bonus after you score is adjusted.

S is what the winner scored
Delta P is the difference in score between the winner of the game and the loser.
L₁ is the winner's points
L₂ is the loser's ladder points
A is what is added to the winner's ladder points and subtracted from the loser's points.

From game 7 onwards, A cannot exceed 200.

No one may fall under 100 points.
Everyone starts at 300 points.

In 1v1 games, A is awarded to the winner and subtracted from the loser.

In 3 player, A is awarded to the winner, 2nd gets nothing, and A subtracted from 3rd place. (L₂ is set to the average of 2nd and 3rd's ladder points. Delta P is the average of the difference between you, 2nd and you and 3rd's points.)

In 4 player, A is awarded to the winner, 2nd gets 0, 3rd gets -.5*A, and 4th gets -A (L₂ is set to the average of 2nd and 3rd and 4th's ladder points. Delta P is the average of the difference between you, 2nd, you and 3rd's points, and you and 4th's points)
