really wats it like, is this a legal topic, can it be uploaded? without breaking coc?

I have it on CD, I'm pretty sure it's legal; it's a foreign version though. I believe it's some sort of test version, maybe a promotional thing or something.

It's full of bugs and the some of the units use AOE animations; in general the animations are inferior, although some of the units look cooler than their normal version ones.

There are also some other concept units available, such as the Boarding galley (which is basically like a monk boat), mamelukes are infantry, the goths UU is a 'goth berserker', the castles look pretty cool.
However champions look like normal soldiers but when they attack they become AOE hoplites, cavaliers and paladins attack with a lance, other units are slightly different as well, and civ bonuses are not the same. There are also about 50 different AI's; the different game developers.

(if any of this is against CoC I apologize and I do not intend to disobey it)

You are saying that you have some kind of test version of age of empires.
Do the Villagers & Landscapes look difrent from the official version?!

Right Click on it, choose properties, version tab, and there is the version number.
I would like it if you give it.
The beta version, that I have looks realy much like yours, but i must be sure, that your version is difrent than mine.

No, it only has a changed version of the joan of arc campaign. Realy cool to try it!

Middle age? wtf? And that cavalry...it looks more like an early aoe game.

A lot of the units have the attack and movement animations of AOE units, and make similar sounds.

In the Official AoK game, there are 10 strange sounds , not used in the game.
They are stored in the "gamedata.drs" file.
Are they any of those Alpha, or Beta version Sounds?
