You make it so that when you move your unit to the cliff (Bring Object To Area), the object gets removed. And either have a unit at the bottom of the cliff that you do Timer=1, kill object (that unit), the place a map revealer, or map copy a dead body in. (this is worse because it might wear away unless this happens right at the start. To make it seem like he was just hurt, have the unit at the bottom of the cliff change ownership to you and damage it so it has like 5 health left (or 1).

The game'll crash if yo create a unit on a cliff so your best bet is to place a bunch of houses in a line, then place a cliff underthem, then use a trigger to delete the houses and now you can walk on cliffs, use a little imagination and "create object" to give it a tumbling or falling effect. Or you can do it the plain old crap way and just make a unit walk over the cliff and die as soon as he reaches the bottum.
