I tried to give a unique skin for the Viking stable but some problems with the data.The genie editor[And Advanced Genie Editor] says standing graphic for the viking stable is now 522.But I cant found a .slp with ID 522.How to add new slps in data?

Graphics in the data aren't the same as slps. You need to go to the graphics tab and look for the graphic with ID 522. There you'll find the right slp number.
