Haha, you thought by putting sticky it would make it sticky. Only mods can do that.

STFU = Shut the F- Up
WTF = What the F-
(These aren't meant for you "BTW")

What is "l33t"?

Nice, this ought to be stickied.

"L33t" = Elite, in hacker speaking.

Because while he's a Cherub, he's not a moderator. At least not in General Discussions, anyway.

Mokon's similar thread

I must have seen like 4 similar threads. WE DO NOT NEED MORE STICKY THREADS ON THIS FORUM. Jesus ppl. What do you want, to go to general forum and have the entire first page full of sticky threads??

99.9999999999999999% of the ppl that visit the forum dont care at all about sticky threads. Sticky threads are supposingly helpful for noobs, but even they ignore sticky threads most of the time.

There would be no need for threads like this if everyone boycotted abbreviations...

n00b: A derogative ( and somewhat meaningless ) term for a newbie
h4x0r: A hacker
Soccy: Socvazius
and FB is Forward Building. I've never heard of fishing boats being called FB's.

And these are hardly used but:
AoK: Age of Empires 2: The Age of Kings
AoC: Age of Kings: The Conquerors expansion pack
WC3: Warcraft 3
TFT: Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne expansion pack.

Also players from AoK sometimes call the "armoury" the "blacksmith", and "recorded games", "replays".

W for wonder, LG for lightning, KB for Kronos bug? I have never heard anyone use these. Actually, I haven't heard anyone use half of your list, but these three struck me as particularly ridiculous.
