I want to submit the DARK_SOUL_CLAN, one of the biggest clan on AoMtT online! We have about 30 members. Where still working on the website, and I couldn't do that thing at the top because parental locks said it exeeds over rating limit.

The point in clans, basically, is to eliminate the randomness, and team up with a bunch of guys that more or less share the same ideals (can be both game wise and other ideals). Then you can start doing competitions, practice on teamwork, tactics and strategies - but best of all, is that there's always a good friend with whom to play or chat.

As to your last two questions, much depends on your skill level. Browse around the sites in the main post (there are more clans to add to it), and you'll learn more about their tenets, skill level requirement (some clans might even be able to give you a good deal of training!) and much more. Eventually, you'll most likely develop a soft spot for a particular clan.
