Topic Subject: Why does AI always attack me?

Hello I am new to the game and this forum. I play AOM titans offline mostly with comp (cause i suck) but whenever i do im always the first to be attacked. The enemies run through 3 or 4 of my allies just to attack me! Is there any way to change or fix this? Thanks.

Play medium. They still attack, just not as hard. Otherwise, you're out of luck.

If you're playing team games with the AI, it will bypass your AI allies to target you instead.

Give your self a handicap of around 5%. It won't make it so they attack your allies, but it will give you about and extra 2 minutes before they attack you. To give your self a handicap, go into "multiplayer" then "LAN" then "Host" and just put in the comps and the handicap and play as normal ~ Khan

The best way is simply to alternate the players!
For example if you want a 3v3 game with the AI, do this:

You - Team 1
AI - Team 2
AI - Team 1
AI - Team 2
AI - Team 1
AI - Team 2

Trust me - I know a lot of AI.

. If you want a more serious fix you'll need to edit the AI.

Yeah I read it before. AI's choosing isn't really random. It randomly picks a player to attack, and if that player is not an enemy, it goes down the list until it finds one. So if you do Top vs Bottom, more than half the chance you're going to be attacked since you are the first player. To illustrate:

Team 1
P1 (you)
P2 (AI)

Team 2
P3 (AI)
P4 (AI)

Random pick: P1 -> attack you
Random pick: P2 -> attacks your ally
Random pick: P3 -> not enemy, goes down to P4 -> not enemy, goes back up to P1 -> attack you
Random pick: P4 -> not enemy, goes back up to P1 -> attacks you

You have a 3/4 chance of being attacked. Want to pre order some coffins?
