Ensemble has truly added on a lot of good qualities to the Atlanteans, but has left one critical weak spot, the Classical Age.

If you get tired of the Atlanteans owning in the later ages, follow my advice.

If you're Greeks and you want to beat the Atlanteans, make ten villagers and gather enough food to get you to the Classical Age. Then focus on wood and gold. Make several Archery Ranges. Then mass out toxotes like crazy. The only true weakness of Atlanteans is archers at this point. Maybe reinforce your army with a couple of centaurs. You'll win, trust me you'll win

If you're Egyptians, do the same with sphinxes and axemen

If you're Norse, do the same with Throwing Axemen and Einherjars.

Counter-Barracks is available to Atlanteans in Classical with all the units it can produce.

Classical age Atlanteans get Turmas who counter archers, and are good raiders. Which is why this:

Destroyer, please don't take the mick out of people for their mistakes, especially innocent ones - we all make them at some point. Anyhow, i can see where he's coming from, no cavalry to counter the archers, just infantry and Cheiro's. Its easy to overlook the audacity of the Turma if you havn't felt the cheap wrath of Turma Spammers. But yes, Turmas counter archers... and just about everything else lol, so it wouldn't work i fear

Lol, yes i admit it is incredibally imbecilic, but that is beside the point. Instead of putting him down and putting him off the forums you should at least try to correct him in a civil manner
