Topic Subject: Stat for Greek God Power
posted 27 April 2004 11:24 PM EDT (US)
Hope you find the following Gd info is useful:

Greek:
Bolt - instantly kill all units except ox-cart, transport ship, Citizen and titan (take away 1250 hp)
- 10000 hack, 10000 crush, 10000 pierce damage
- 0.5 bpnus vs titan

Lure - attract 1000 hurtable animal food

Sentinels - four attack sentinels around tc and benefits from Armory upgrades, Hades bonus, Armory upgrades, and relic upgrades.

Ceasefire - last for 60S
- No fighting, creating tower, fortress, palace, migdol, or hill fort
- can be used to cancel gp like ancestor, flame weapon, etc.
- still can use god power like meteor, Implode, etc.

Restoration - last for 5S
- Restore 30 hp per second to all your and allied units and building. Almost half effect left if units are moving, fighting and building

Pestilence - last for 45S
-cannot produce military units on target area (it does not affect TC)

Underworld Passage - you and allied units can pass through 2 location
- can be repaired by villagers or healed by restoration

Bronze - last for 90S
+30% target units pierce and hack armor (allied included)
Let's say you cast Bronze on Tox
assume Tox have 15% hack armor -> 15+(1-0.15)*30 =40.5%

Curse - 450-675 hp for military units turn to pigs
250-450 hp for civilians turn to pigs
min kill 3 units
max kill 9 units

Lighting - last for 15S
- 150 Crush and 200 pierce damage per strike
2200hp damage minimum to units
5500hp damage maximium to units
600hp damage minimum to villagers
800hp damage maximum to villagers
300hp damage minimum to buildings
800hp damage maximum to buildings

Vault of Plenty - 3 wood, food, and gold / second
- you can take control it if you have over double number of units than owner's nearby Vault of Plenty

Earthquake - last for 12S
- 50 hack & 350 crush damage
9500hp damage minimum to buildings
12000hp damage maximum to buildings
800hp damage minimum to units
1500hp damage maximium to units
100hp damage to villagers
Building in the middle will take most damage.

Let me know if i make any mistake.

I think Bolt does a set amount of damage, if you test bolt against Prometheo it takes about 16,000 hp from him.

I like this information. But you don't have restoration's effect?

I will just add, that lighting storm versus a titan alone will always do 1750. Basically, if a titan is just standing there with no other enemy things around, the whole duration will do exactly 1750.

WOW, 12000hp damage versus buildings....Amazing.

Nuh uh, they benefit from Archer upgrades, Hades civ bonus (+2.2 pierce attack), and Armory upgrades, and relic upgrades. Buildings redearch do not affect them.

Oh, yes...I forgot they are classified as archers...even so weird it is...that's why they can be garrioson in heleoplis.

If u place Apollo temple with Healing Temple research next to them they will be healed when damaged, people called me lame for doing that, I think Hades should have the right to heal his Sentinels as much as he has the right to repair damaged towers with vils.

Bronze also adds to crush armor to those who STILL have less than 99% crush armor

I don't see anything wrong, but you can ADD to the Underworld Passage section:

Underworld passage can be repaired by workers or healed by restoration.

Lots of people don't realize that!

Bolt does 10000 hack, 10000 crush, 10000 pierce and has a x0.5 bonus vs titans (effectively killing all non scenario units except titans)

Bronze reduces hack and pierce vulnerability by 30% not raise the armors by 30%.

Curse "swaps" a minimum of 3 units and a maximum of 9 (depending on hit points)

Lightning Strike:

<action name="HandAttack">
<param name="Damage" type="Crush" value1="150" value2="3.0" options="AttackEnemy|AttackGAIAUnits"></param>
<param name="Damage" type="Pierce" value1="200" value2="3.0" options="AttackEnemy|AttackGAIAUnits"></param>
</action>

has powerblocker

Earthquake:

<action name="HandAttack">
<param name="MaximumRange" value1="1"></param>
<param name="Damage" type="Hack" value1="50" value2="1" options="AttackSelf|AttackAllies|AttackEnemy|AttackGAIAUnits"></param>
<param name="Damage" type="Crush" value1="350" value2="1" options="AttackSelf|AttackAllies|AttackEnemy|AttackGAIAUnits"></param>
<param name="Rate" type="All" value1="1.0"></param>
<param name="MuteDamage"></param>
<param name="AttackAction"></param>
</action>

has powerblocker

Those are the only errors/omissions I can see so far

Thx, Spook! You provided us some useful information and I have updated it.

by the way, I query whether above statement is correct or not. I am sure above statement is correct in AOM but in AOMX, I just tested it in editor...bronze directly raise the armors by 30%.

Bov it does 10000 hack and 10000 pierce and 10000 crush. Now units usually have 99% crush armour so that is pretty much negated so bolt does 20000 damage before taking into account armour.

<armortype percent="-0.30">Pierce</armortype>

<texture>SFX A Armor Human</texture>

all armor upgrades reduce armour vulnerability as opposed to raising armour percentage

curafir I will probably update the IX website when I finished my exams with all the information I have posted. http://aom.the9thlegion.com

Yes, Spook...I read xml data file before and armor should be calculated in this way. However, somehow the unit stat showed that bronze directly raise the armors by 30%.
You can test it in real game. To cast Bronze to tox:
Tox hack armor = 15% Pierce armor = 15%
After Bronze on tox hack armor = 41% Pierce armor = 41%
15+8.5*3=40.5%

if all armor upgrades reduce armour vulnerability as opposed to raising armour percentage
After Bronze on tox = 15+8.5+7.65+6.885 = 38% only
Maybe unit stat is incorrect I dunno...

No a192 you have calculated the damage right but it works off base percent so reducing armour vulnerabilty by 30% = 15+(0.85x30/100) = 40.5%. Raising the armor by 30% would be 15 + 30 = 45%
