Am I blind? I have researched EVERYTHING, have tons of EVERY resource, maximum favor, and I have reached the "titan age" by researching secrets of the titans. The manual says titan gate will appear beneath my god powers at the top of the screen once I reach the titan age... well I don't see it there. Just god powers. I've tried this with several different civs, rebooted, restarted, the works. My CPU enemies keep building them, but I can't. Please help!

PS. I am having absolutely no problems with any other graphics and my drivers are all up to date. I checked.
