We are only able to change the cost of units.
But we are not able to change the cost of a tech.

Pls put this trigger in the next patch or so ES.

I think you can modify the cost of upgrades and repairs by doing: Set Tech Status:age 1 gaia\isis - active - multiplie times(different triggers)
That's the same way as for relics, you can also make all armory improvents with age 1 thor/hephaustus relic(dunno the name).

Even though ES does come here occasionally if you have a question to ES you have a better bet of them responding if you email them. And like Reaper said he was just trying to help lay off
