Titans Game Only

UNITS WILL NEVER USE THE SPECIAL ATTACKS. NOT EVEN ONCE. NOT EVEN A FIRST TIME.

I didn't find another thread on removing special attacks so anyways:

Every once in a while, have the recharge time drop to 1 or lower again (use negative numbers on Modify Protounit > Recharge Time). Then re-raise it. USE A HIGHER NUMBER THAN WHAT WAS NEGATIVE (if you used -100, put 105 this time). That way, the amount of recharge the unit has is reset to its original while the the Recharge Time Needed is the same.

So basically have a looping trigger like this (make it run immediately or high priority if you want):

Loop, Active
Condition: Timer 1
Effect: Modify Protounit - Recharge Time, -100
--------Modify Protounit - Recharge Time, 200
--------------------------------------------------
This is especially useful for units like the Heka Gigantes if you have it that a certain unit must be killed. How will you kill that unit if the Heka Gigantes knocks it onto a cliff and you have no range units or god powers?

Not bad guide, except this is the method for The Titans, because "Modify Protounit" is a Titans trigger. You might need to put that in (so as not to send Vanillas looking down the trigger list), and most of us knew that already. Nice guide, though, and I'm sure this would help some TT players .

pftq, this is good again, but I have a question:
this way you just manipulate the recharge time, correct?
which means that the special ability is usable at least once, correct?

When I say never, I mean never. If there was a catch like that where the unit had to use it at least once, I'd say so.
