After the recent newreach ...fiasco... I think it might be a good idea to do a basic "C9" Mafia game:

If 7 people are interested, I will choose from:
2 mafia, 5 townies
2 mafia, 1 cop, 4 townies
2 mafia, 1 doc, 4 townies
2 mafia, 1 doc, 1 cop, 3 townies

This choice will be random, but weighted against the first one.

You might be better off waiting til Reach's is finished, as you may get more people.

Yeah. While C9 is optimal for 7 people, the whole idea of C9 is to have atleast 1 or 2 experts at the game. It's just... the way it works.

So providing you get atleast 2 'experts', it should be good.

And also... don't you think this is the worst possible time to do one? We already have 2 going on atm

I figured that some of the AoMH people might be interested, because Reach's game was rather unsatisfactory. But it is true, there might not be enough experts for it to work. We'll just have to see.

I've reconsidered and I don't think this type of game will work with this crowd. We don't really have enough "experts", and we like complicated games with lots of players. Therefore, I abdicate in favor of Freaky2's Diablo Mafia. And I'm signing up!

One of the mods can close this thread now.
