We can all agree that AoMH has been getting a bit of hand lately, and I'll be the first to admit that I'm a little at fault here. Without an active mod team, a forum can quickly fall apart. I have neglected to act of many of the problems arising lately; I've ignored them and hoped that they would "work themselves out." They didn't.

In order to fix the mess that's formed, we need to figure out the problem. James Hook, you are egotistical and disruptive. You can take a perfectly legitimate thread and start a flame war. You and your little grammar nazi shenanigans end NOW. What you are doing is the definition of trolling. I have neglected to act in the past, I will now. Go back and take a look at your posts, take a close look at the warning issued to you. I suggest you take a day off, figure out what valuable posts are, then come back.

Survivor Fo, you sure are good at getting into the mess of things. Your most recent thread is completely unwarranted. It's spamming, flaming, and trolling, all in one package, congratulations. I will not tolerate any more of it. The fact that I didn't ban you for it at this moment is to give everyone one last chance, one last chance.

Cirrow, stop your little feud with Mr. Hook, you yourself are trolling and flaming, treading in dangerous waters looking at your record. You know what you're doing is wrong, I know you know it is. Now stop it right now, or you may face another vacation. If that isn't incentive enough, because I know it probably isn't, then please stop because I'm asking you, politely; please stop.

anstar10, welcome to the Internet! What you need to know about the Internet early on is that everyone is anonymous, you can be whoever you want. Some people abuse this, they turn into mean people, people they would not otherwise be in real life. When using the Internet, you need to develop what is called a "think skin." You need to be able to ignore these pests, trolls per se; you can't let them get inside your head. I would not suggest you leave the AoMH community all together if you don't have to. You can register a new account with a new email and start an entirely new career. Nobody will know it's you. Of course, if you really are 11 like you say you are, then it's "illegal" to do so under the eyes of the government.

I know I did not list everyone in this thread, I cannot possibly. I will deal with everything else on a case-to-case basis.

For now on I expect the posts at AoMH, or more specifically in this forum, to be of higher quality. I speak for my fellow moderation team when I say that we will step up our moderation in this forum, and be more strict in the future. Take note that some of you are now on very short leashes, you know who you are, and we will not be afraid to warn or ban you if necessary. I want AoMH to be restored back to the way it used to be, not this place that I dread going to every day to see what new shit I have to wade through.
