Day 3

From the humble island of Japan emerges the yakuza, one of the largest and most prestigious crime organizations in the entire world. However, with its vast membership many of the threats they face are not the work of outsiders, but within their own organization. The Yamaguchi-gumi family is currently facing one such dilemma, as they have been recently informed that three undercover cops have managed to join their faction. Instead of just killing all the suspected members, Kenichi Shinoda (the current kumicho, crime boss) has very kindly allowed you all to attempt to find the cops on your own. Will you be able to uproot the cops, or will you end up dying anyways?

The Rules
- What I say goes. If you disagree with anything I do, discuss it via e-mail.
- Do not discuss the game outside the thread unless your role e-mail specifically states you can.
- Refrain from discussing the game during Night
- Do not reveal anything concerning the game or your role after you die.
- Abide by the CoC
- You may never edit your posts, instead double-post.
- Do not quote any part of your role email or any email from me. You may not even fake an email from me and quote it.
- Vote using this format:

Be sure to bold your votes
- Unvoting is not necessary as it is implied if you vote for someone else, so I don't really understand why other mods emphasize that rule so much.

If you google Yakuza, you get a lot of half naked Japanese girl covered in tattoos, would have made a better banner.

All the suspected members were told to meet at a certain location and from there they would be blind-folded and escorted to a different building. As the members slowly began to appear, Kenichi Shinoda did a head count, �1..2..3��9�10�11��12, that�s all of them� he said surprisingly. �I expected one or two of you to get picked off in the night but looks like you got lucky.� With the assistance of a few guards, all twelve people were blind-folded and put into a car. After driving a few miles, they finally stopped and appeared in front of an abandoned warehouse where the suspects were violently shoved in. �Do whatever you need to do to find those scum cops,� Shinoda told them before closing the door, �Just try not to get yourselves all killed.�

I send a sentence, paragraph, w/e to Pit, and he tells me if it's bullshit, or truth. But, if just one sentence in a whole paragraph is bullshit, then the whole paragraph is marked as a lie.

Who did you use the lie detector on last night Brighty?

There was no day, so I couldn't use it. I mean, I could have probably used it on people confirming, and saying "Omg this looks great, etc." but...

A Lie Detector is a potentially powerful power role. Each night the Lie Detector sends the Moderator a post made by another player during the previous day, and the Moderator tells the Lie Detector, to the best of his ability, whether that other player was telling the truth when they made that post. The power can be used, for example, to find out whether a role claim is true or not.

'Tis a very powerful role. My only issue with Brighty's straight-forward claim is that he's now a huge target, even with almost guaranteed doctor protection.

What makes me not believe Brighty is I have an investigativish role myself, and I can actually prove mine. I am Kenichi Yamamotoand I can interogate a person every night (there's also a small chance they die). Last night I interogated Alex and I found his name was Seiji Takayama (this is Yakuza I believe). The way I can prove this is Alex knows I interogated him. So this pretty much confirms both me and Alex.

I need to think of a new sig.

I tried looking for some background information on that guy, but he either doesn't exist or it's just impossible to find anything. I think the second option, but it would be ironic if there was someone lying about being a lie detector.
