Secondly stop saying it was questionable. It was a legitimate ban under the Code of Conduct, which the moderation staff warned him about on several occasions. HE IGNORED THE WARNINGS and got banned.

If you poke a bear with a stick, you can't say it's the bears fault when you get mauled.

Nirwanda if you have a question about the ban you are meant to email them rather than use the forums.

Take this as a warning and dont go on about it here, if you have a problem with the ban then email a mod, its best to email the person who banned them and argue their case if you think it was wrong.

If I see that you are in a bannable position I have no authority but I can alert PaPaya and Shanks, and even still my job is to prevent CoC violations, and thats why I had the unofficial warning. IQ has nothing to do with this as well.

And if you posted a new thread on the matter I would bet on the fact you would see a sifty ban from Shanks or PaPaya. The CoC clearly states that you need to email a moderator about it.
