Im getting frustrated dling some mods that require me to edit the xpacklanguage.dll. i cant find anyway to edit it or make one. Can someone tell me so i can download more than one mod at a time

Look for reshacker in the Programs and Tutorials for Modding/RMS/AI sticky at the top of the modding forum.
