When i want to download something e.g. :
http://aom.heavengames.com/downloads/showfile.php?fileid=3320

Chrome or firefox shows up and said, that this webside can have hazardous software and it totally blocks the download. I can't download anything and i heard from another side, that aom heaven have problems.

What actually going on here? Is there no way to stop this?

Use Internet Explorer for now.

Settings > Advanced > uncheck "Protect you and your device from dangerous sites".
