I have extracted all the files so I can answer some of the questions about the more ambiguous changes.

1. yes gaias econ techs were boosted. Now the cost is reduced to 30% .

2. Murms, murm heroes, ulfs and hops get x1.5 bonus vs turma and turma heroes. Spears get x1.25

3. Norse hersir and HoR build tcs half as fast in DM(x0.5 bonus)
