ESO revival guild production...



Basically this is going to be like a WRP map but with several important differences.

THE LIST: (Subject to change)
  • No away infinite resources. (Maybe increase gather rate)
  • Take the full view of the map away forcing player to actually search for other 'societys'.
  • Randomize starting Positions
  • Have a vote booting system and don't give the host unbalanced powers.
  • Don't build the city's for them, put settlements in strategic positions on the map.
  • Make a Hero system where depending on what god you choose depends on what hero you receive.
  • Make a Hero leveling system
  • Make some sort of Small mini Rpgs within the game. Perhaps dungeons that hold unknown dangers,traps and puzzles, or a battle arena where players can battle for fun and bet on who will win.
  • Day 'n' Night cycle (but it can't be too dark at night)
  • Make lots of space and places of opportunity for people to build on.
  • Natural Disaters! (random events occur in the game)
  • Disable Wonders and Titans.

    Game Modes:
    We will also include a couple of different game modes that can be chosen by the host at the beginning of the game. This will help make the map enjoyable for everyone, whether you play supremacy or WRP.
  • Classic WRP (Infinite resources, ect)
  • Atlas game mode (No infinite resources, THE LIST!)
  • Supremacy (a regular supremacy game with titans and wonders disabled)
  • Deathmatch (everyone gets a crapload of starting resources in this normal game mode.)

    hay guys, I had a really anoying experence last night when I was playing WRP this noob only had a town center and a longhouse and just kept spamming units this got me thinking.

    In the objectives we should put in a set of rules like having a city that could support an army or the number of villies you have so the game seemes a bit more real.

    My idea is that at the beginning of the map you go for a town centre and depending on which city you claim, you get a certain hero that repawns at the city if it dies.

    I made this list of possible city/hero combinations:

    Achilles - Thessaly Greece - Myrmydon support units
    Ajax - Salamis Island
    Polyphemus - Sicily - Cyclops support units
    Theseus - Athens
    Heracles - Thebes

    Atlanta - Mount Parthenon
    Bellerophon - Ancient Greece
    Chiron - Ancient Greece
    Hippolyta - Ancient Greece - Queen of amazons - Scythia?
    Odysseus - Ancient Greece
    Chiron - Centaur Support units

    Possible dungeon monsters
    Medusa
    Manticore
    Chimera
    Minotaur

    Or we could make it so the hero dies permanently. Any thoughts?

    Remember Healy that we arnt going to put any eyecandy on yet.Just start doing the layout of the map such as Rivers,mountians,lakes,and I dunno if we are going to put an ocean.Goodluck though!

    And I got your email josh and it sounds good.

    Edit:Thats alot of heros/cities to make.But will these hero's be only in the atlas and wrp mode or all the modes?

    I say when the map is done we make heros based on the landscape.So the area with the 3 big lakes could hold a lake hero?

    SorryGuys, But ive been trying for Hours now. I cant find the file anyway and Ive downloaded +100 times. So someone else will have to take map for now. Only way I think I could get the map is through the actual game itself

    I think you might have an option on that disables the viewing of unrecognized file types. At any rate i'll send it to you in a zip file if you want.
