CASTWCRT Triggers here, please. Now we won't overflood the TRT with our expert trigger discussions!

OK, for those who are wondering... CASTWCRT stands for Confederation for Abolishment of Simple Triggers so We Can Redo Them. This was started by three trigger soon-to-be experts, Guard of Osiris, Guard of Olympus, and lostrozzacavalli. We try to do all simple triggers that haven't been done yet...

. . . all I did was change one line from one of invent00r's triggers.
That's basically how I get all my trigger effects

Guard of Osiris, I'm not sure if Convert Units in Area should be listed as mine. HailToTheOboe did make it first but says he doesn't want credit for it here.

I'm not sure if these should be added either but Convert ALL in Area, Army Deploy Random Protounit, Forbid ALL Units and Unforbid ALL Units are not just shorter versions of nottud's, they have also been modified so that they work for players 11 and 12.

Maybe CDATA doesn't support the QVs?

Maybe it's how you're trying to put 0. followed by a QV generated number that's causing the problem.

Try using the line below to generate a number between 0 and 1 for each colour

Try this

I think the " in the quest var get could be causing problems with the string.

Ignoring the Using of floats instead of QV there are two different rules:
1.divide each QV with the number 255
2.use perpetual_n00bs Command Code after dividing

Perpetual, you're one of the best trigger debugger!
Now the triggers work perfectly (GoO please sign them as random colored chat and put the link), and with them you can create an infinite variety of random colors (this is just an example):

I'm glad I could help lostrozzacavalli. I think you've made more trigger conditions and effects than the rest of us combined.

Hail, I'm assuming you could include the icon code in a Fake Counter/Timer effect to make custom powers have a similar look to the timer that appears when you use some god powers.

I'll have to look into that. I might add it to my current project.

Perpetual: Naaah, you did a lot of triggers, the mine are in groups so it's similar they're a lot, but they are variant of a trigger (E.G. Teleport ONLINE has 4 variables, but all come from the initial trigger)
