Congratulations to the 3 winners and thank you to the contestants. I hope you guys have enjoyed this tournament and not to worry there will be more like this, even better.

The RPG's that I have judged are of some amazing talent and should be a treat to witness. Although some may be buggy not giving any names

. I mostly enjoyed the entry of Perpetual_n00b. I rate it 5***** quality. A must play rpg!

The winners will receive an email from me completely new surprises await.

I don't think making money with AoM maps is allowed, neither by the laws, neither by law nor by ethic...

Do you really have to use money to make it interesting ? How sad it is...

Woah Tasterix, why would something like that be illegal? So you're saying that making money with games is illegal...? People are making money with games daily. Just look for example at World of Warcraft: people are selling their accounts on e-bay. Is that illegal? No.
I'd also like to add that one of the staff here once started a contest with money as the 1st price as well. Link. And I know for sure that they know whether giving money for prices is illegal or not.

Geez, how can you not be happy that someone is willing to give dollars for people's hard work of making a RPG map. It's not sad at all, it's extremely generous.

I don't see how it's sad that our host have choosen to have prices in the competition, I'd rather say it's very generous.

I have a question: Can you use the template maps for this competition?

Also, sadly I won't be able to enter because I won't have AoM for the next three weeks, but maybe if the deadline is long enough I'll be able to make a short one.

Hey Kai, you should make this kind of like the CSC, and have it so that the first place gets to choose the map type for the next round, instead of giving away your money (even though that's very generous)

What is the conversion from AUS dollars to US dollars? Kai, thats seriously too much man, though extremely nice of you. How would you give prizes to winners in other continents?

Yeah the prizes are insanely good for something like this. If this gets a no-show or only 3 entries like many other competitions, then the SD community officially sucks

I would put my Elder Scrolls project in, but that is liekly to take over a year and its amny scenarios lol.
This also sounds like a scam to me. Just sayin. Why would somebody blow their money on something people are doing without pay..
Currently Designing Elder Scrolls Project (ESP) 12% Complete
1000+ character combinations,Vast Open World Environments,Twisting Story,All on the AOM engine.
Release date is unknown.Small breaks are being taken to prevent loss of interest due to overwhelming designing.

Yeah, right, it's a big scam to get people to make scenarios.

Kai is a respected member of the AOMH community and maybe he just wants to give something back to the place where he has had some good times and made some good friends.

Impossible to be a scam.
In a scam the Scammer always has something to gain, that's why they're scamming you, is to gain something.
Kai isn't asking for anything like an entry fee, or personal data, or anything that he can gain from.

The scam emails you get are always selling products or asking for bank details or money, something the scammer can actually gain from.

I also do not see how this could be a scam.

(I'm shuch_ya_mouf, but for some reason, when I tried to change settings in my account, it made me log in, and my password wouldn't work, and I asked for a reset, and no matter how many passwords I tried it just kept saying that the account didn't exist. So, this is my new account because of that, plus I can't log into my account on this computer to submit files in the download section. I didn't make this account to intentionally violate the CoC.)
