No the patcher currently only works for AoT. Lecio was working on porting it to AoM:EE

Is there a chance you could make a way of adding addition age advancements? Like, say I want to add a 5th Universe Age or something

That would be a nice addition indeed. What about increasing the population limit or customizable cheats. Just some suggestions...

Nope, and there never will be because:
1) WarriorMario works for Forgotten Empires now.
2) AoMEE is permanently linked to Steam, if you try to modify the exe (not that it's even compatible anyway, different exe code) it will simply refuse to work, as it is out of sync, thus you are forced to verify your cache and get an in-sync exe.
