MENU BACKGROUND TUTORIAL

::DESCRIPTION::

This file features a text file teaching you how to make a background for the expansion AOM:TT by yourself, without doing any complicated manuevering. This file also includes a sample menu background i made. If you dont have the User.CFG file, simply create one by opening the notepad, and adding the text content in the guide. (thanx to AomPlayer000 for that suggestion). The three different files contain the same information.

Pretty simple and clear, it helped as I did not know how to do this on TT.

Very nice tutorial, but I wanted to say something about your site, I've fast internet, but for someone with a normal dial-up modem it will take ages to load all the pictures and still they are pretty small.

thanx. i'll try to decrease the quality pictures. i have no idea why it happens.

EDIT: work for E.S?? lol, no i dont work for es. is just my experience from 2 years of designing including other games.

My startup folder doesnt have a User.cfg file =(

yes it does have a User.CFG file. go to:

C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/AoM/Start Up folder/User.CFG.

open it with the notepad.

EDIT: tutorial has been uploaded. there were a few minor spell errors.....
