The camera pitch unlock file for the New editor 95.

!! Make a backup of your uieditormenu.xmb file and unlockscreen.cam file(if you have one)first!

These files are for NE version 95 (if you are using another version you will get the menu of version 95)

The New Editor needs to be installed on your pc

Place the 'unlockscreen.cam' in the scenario folder.
And place 'uieditormenu.xmb' in the data folder. (make sure there is no uieditormenu.xml in your data folder)

(you could also manually add this code to the old uieditormenu.xmb file but you even then you still need to place the unlockscreen.cam file in your scenario folder)

<command>loadCamera("unlockscreen")</command>
</gadget>


Open aom and press the 'unlock pitch' button near the minimap.

Now you can zoom in and out as much as you want.
Change the pitch with the ctrl-up or down arrow.

lol, you double submit the same thing?

I guess this would be better if is posted on Design, hints, tips and tutorials section

btw, you can just press Ctrl + Alt + C and the camera will unluck, having the same result without doing what you suggested. But still, very awesome of you to find that out!:)

Not in vanilla...

It's not the same thing,the one is for the default editor,the other for the new editor.
