Install these two scenario files to have a flying purple hippo background!

8 purple hippos fly past in a grid pattern, leaving a raindow trail behind. Every so often a meteor strikes the ground, and sometimes even kills a hippo. It turns from day, to evening, to night, to dawn, to day.

To use this you need Vachu's Menu Manager. If you have the titans, place the scn file in Program Files/Microsoft Games/Age of Mythology/scenario (default directory) and place the scx file in My Documents/My Games/Age of Mythology/scenario. YOU MUST PLACE BOTH FOR IT TO WORK! If you have the original AOM, just install the scn file.

Then use Vachu's amazing menu manager. Select the one with the word "hippo" in it, and it should work perfectly.

I could watch this background for hours! (Yes, I know I have no life...)

really, dont use vachus editor. i'm not saying its bad or anything, is just that if you make a background with it, the downloader is required to download the vachu editor as well.

use this guide i made to create menu backgrounds by yourself. really easy:

Ok, thanks. :) I didn't know that there was another way. I probably won't edit this file though... I'm working on a new multiplayer scenario. Sorry to all the people who don't have Vachu's Menu Manager! U can download it here... somewhere...

RALLY REALLY FUNNY!I wish you could have made the amount of time inbetween hippo deaths shorter.It takes like 30 minutes for them all to die

This is strangely satisfying... lol at meteor smashing hippo!

Very creative, also peaceful and crazy at the same time. Probably the most unique menu background here.
