So the guy storms my base around 9 mins with a horde of villagers. It was far too many to have had by this stage even if going for a villie rush. I watch the rec and sure enough, I see villagers just randomly appearing on the map. This was a rated game.
Can anyone tell me:
- what to do in a situation like this
- how to avoid this happening in the future
- how to report this guy
- how this is possible in a rated game

"you can't make a villager in this location" ??? He did villagers (with food) instantly INTO places.

Please no one listen to Romes finest,. del or detree will delete all sub directories on your computer and the Y will suppress the “are you sure” prompt. Romes Finest, you should never post such nonsense and endanger peoples systems like that, even if it were a joke, some people will take it literal. You should probably be banned for this.

Not sure if that comment was meant for me? And although ” command/hacking nerd” may be an official title :o) I don’t think it applies to me or the inconsiderate person that suggested you delete the root of C. I’m a programmer that gets discussed by people’s attempts to mess up a good game and take advantage of people with a lack of computer skills. Sorry for the rant, I am new to AOM but I am interested in creating some custom maps, although it’s been a long time since I “fat fingered” any C++. In any case be careful the advice you take on any forum and seek additional “reliable” advice. Later
