The "Frozen" AI tells the player to hold all units and production. This is particularly useful if you want a town to remain static until a trigger (such as a "Convert Army" trigger), or if you want a town for eye candy purposes only.
I did not actually create this file. Thanks go to Zycat of the AoK Heaven Forums, for telling me how to create the "Frozen" AI file.
wow nice this could realy help on internet games (like heroes journey) where you dont want them to move their units :P good job

I used the AI it helped with some muliplayer scenarios I made based on a final fantasy typed game. Unluckily whenever I try to put it on this site it wont let me, it says invalid file or something.

Additional Comments:
I dont understand why you would want a frazen ai but i guess it might be useful for scenario stroy line and creation if you were creating a civilization that had fallen or something like that.

Are you putting it in a compressed zipped folder like it tells you to?
