Goblins Day 1 and 2:

Defeated a crypt day 1.
Recruited a hero and began exploring caves day 2.

*restart caused by doing too many things at once and game crashed because of ram.

Exploring the tunnels. BTW- I like the idea of this map so far.

Lots of little dwarves in our tunnels. They must be lost.

Decided that discretion was the better part of valor in one case, and taht troops that blow themselves out should be removed in the other.

So that is what that bomb was for. Sent in a couple of troops to avenge 'bombo'.

Majority of exploring in goblin territory is now complete. Troops have been ordered to start raiding bypassed resources.

Minor battles for little gain. We need cash.

Those hiring locations full of wonderful units are a terrible cash drain, I agree. I've been all over, but am still lacking cash.

Hopefully though I can find some of your units and kill them, to hel pwith your cash problem.

I seem to have lost track of my oponenet.

My opponent has somehow found some place to get multiple heroes- us goblins want one of those- unless there's cash involved, then nevermind.

Tell you what. I'll trade you the two heros (with all my good items) that are stuck on an island and can't get back cause they fell into a trap for any lose unit you have to spare.

Craziness. Touch this, teleport there. Congratulations you have a new city. You have just lost your city. Start again. At least I managed to attack some silly dwarves standing beside doom bats.

In our haste to kill that dwarf, we forgot to take the stolen node. I hate doubling back.

Caused a restart message when game crashed watching you kill the bats. Happens with bats and Steam cannons every now and then. I don't know why.

I also don't know why the bats defended me last time but didn't this time. Same goblin, same spot.

Just movement today.

Just to let you know, the reasons the bats didn't defend you is that I killed them first. You didnt' defend them because players don't come ot the aid of independants. After having successfully disposed of the bats (and hired some more help) I proceeded to attack your troups, who were left all alone.

It's amazing how many games a person can play and still discover something new.

The under-defended capital is not a good thing. Either you just lost your wizard, or there is a special victory condition, because on walking into your capital, it handed me the victory.

(Mind you it would not have been good for you had I been allowed to keep your capital for even one turn, and I don't think you could have reached it.)

This is a really cool scenario, one of the most enjoyable I've played since "Waiting for SM".

So do we want to rematch this, or move on. There are at this point still far too many small scenarios to test.

I had the most evil, devilish and cheap strategy. Or fail safe as you would call it. I figured out that teleporter a while back (the node) that you touch and then are zapped to that city in the middle and then back to your own place. I had control of that city. I was going to kill my wizard after you had taken my original tower and would therefore leave the void in the other place. At that time I could completely concentrate on magic while rebuilding my razed former town. I already had invested quite a bit in magic. All I would have had to do, was step off my tower at the end of each turn and have one earth elemental bodyguard. The only attack you could do was touch the node, capture the undefended city, teleport away, and then summon something there and attack my wizard who had more troops and spell advantage.

I would be able to see almost anywhere, cast almost anywhere, and sit in my tower taunting you silly.

I should have looked at the objectives. Oh, to only dream...

Good game.

I'd like to have a new game on a different map. This way, when I eventually replay a map I'll forget enough to be surprsed again.

Any map you choose as I have no preference: except that if you could find one where I'm placed in a superior taunting position: that would be nice.

Ok, I've started up a game and sent you the first turn. I've not looked at the map in the editor or anything cuase it sayd it had lots of scripting and secrets, so if we could play it blind that would be good.

Sounds good,

I'll be able to play it in a couple of hours.
