Elves,

This does seem to be utopia. A polished city and gold everywhere. The undead outpost nearby spoils it somewhat, so we will have to deal with it.

One of our armies was set upon by powerful raiders, and has spotted an even more powerful group of raiders in the distance. These lands are dangerous.

Personally, I have been given an opportunity. It is time consuming, but the payoff could be great.
