Rumors of some war hungry draconian king in the north reaches my ears. My advisors suggest we prepare for the inevitable agression and rally the southern villages to repulse this tyrant and eliminate the threat to our peace here in the south. I fully agree. To arms!

Wounded but satisfied my lizards are after a tough fight.

A wayward nomad, always up for a fight, and up for some gold too, signs up to help lead my troops in this campaign of freedom against tyrants.

A very ugly, yet very useful hero joins our ranks. Looks like we could put him to very good use.

If the angry looking bands are any indication, I may be visiting the void overnight.

Now my rep is in the trash as some rampaging shadow demons catch me all alone and send me to the void. Then some more shadow demons in the west appear and my small force there is made smaller in the battle to remove them from my pest list.

This campaign has started off very well. Most of the people are so afraid of me that they're more than willing to join me!

Solyx should be very happy to hear about my recent misfortunes. That and the fact that I finally remembered to send the turn to the correct email address.

Void again

The void? Couldn't get there if I wanted to!

Back from the void,... again, and my nemisis, the (now) gold medaled skimmer, has somehow slipped away. My (very few) troops and I begin the hunt, and to try to get this terrible beginning to my defense of the southern lands on a positive track.

Got way too greedy and lost some really valuable units. Seems that there are also roving bands out there that don't like me at all. Let's hope we can turn things around soon.

Still no sign of the Skimmer, but lo and behold, vampire, death knight and zombie are headed my way to investigate my strength, or lack thereof. Barely hanging on by the skin of my teeth.

My bunch of men is getting down to sad proportions too.

Most of my troops are focussed on one front now and they're out for vengence. The rampaging undead are skilfully crushed without even a wound. Unfortunately the elite skimmer is still out there somewhere, mocking me...

My goodness, during the night even more of my followers got killed. We avenged them by killing some orcs, but the surroundings sure look dangerous.

Now lets see if I can split my force in two again without getting completely clobbered.

Some progress made today.

Horrible, horrible, horrible day as I lost 5 units including a hero to a few skeleton swordsman. I've never witnessed such a weird fight. Thus we're terribly licking our wounds. Things look grim...

A new target is sighted, but only for those that survive the raiders that will attack.

New hope as we managed to strenghten ourselves a bit.

Few survive what turned out to be two roving bands of hostiles so a retreat of survivors is made necesary for healing and reinforcements. These lands are not for the timid.

A timid day.

I feel an encounter with the despot in the north will soon take place.

A blueish domain is spotted. This must be that Felix guy I keep hearing fairytales about.

We encounter the hated invaders from the north (dragon people, shudder) and we hopefully have the strength to repel them from our lands. It seems from the domain of power that Solyx himself is part of the force.

Some strong new units joined me today. That should give us a chance to fight the upcoming malice called Felix.

The opportunity for my hero to hone his skills against Solyx's spearman is much appreciated.

Hmmmm, seems like a deadlock in the east.

No mre deadlock. It's wide open for Solyx now. We lose big battle. many casting points by the hated draco wiz spell (literally) the difference.

Well, we won the fight, but I'm the only survivor. We have to rebuild our forces... once again.

The struggle is on to roust the draco back north.

Evil blueish domain spotted...

Known throughout the land as a goodly alligned wizard, I repudiate any claims at my evilness (though many foul tempered beasts are in my service). My hero in the western region leads the rundown of the frostling spying for Solyx.

Well, well another hero is leading Felix's armies. See how far he comes till he dies in my lands.

Hopefully things will go better in the west.
