Hired a new hero today. No sign of other settlements, however.

In all our exploring we have found only a single mine. Our gold supplies are dwindling rapidly.

We've lost the element of surprise, but we've been making some useful discoveries, finally.

Looks like the halfings have built up a sizable army. We have some other targets of interest at the moment.

How did the halfling sheriffs manage to catch us in one turn? I was sure they weren't hasted and couldn't get close enough to attack.

An unfortunate loss, but that frees up the gold needed for the next phase of the war.

My single boar managed to kill Ambir! That was a really fortunate battle

How many dragons did you have? I also wanted to rush to level 4, but (luckily) I was too poor, so I massed Sheriffs instead...
Thanks for the game!

Oh my god. Taken out by a single f*ing boar. That's got to be the most pathetic loss I've ever had.

I only had the one dragon, unfortunately. I never had enough gold to do what I wanted. I found only a single mine in the first thirty turns of the game, and it took me that long to find those settlements in the north. I got most of my upgrades from production resources.

My situation was very similar... When your army appeared I had only 10 gold... Fortunately I captured those villages in the east later.
