Players Needed: Three registered players willing to log each turn and take one turn at least every three days.
Type: Standard 2-vs-2 Wizard Ladder game using House Rules.
Map: Centralaeon
Map Comments: This is a fun two-level map with the four wizards starting in the four corners. It has a really nice underground transporter system that can quickly take you from one side of the map to the other. Lots of cities, lots of resources, and some really interesting terrain make this an enjoyable team map.
Wizards: Anon (Life), Fangir (Earth), Nekron (Death), Karissa (Fire)
Teams: Anon & Fangir vs. Nekron & Karissa
Notes: Automated PBM Dice Server will be used to determine wizard assignments. There will be a total of four roles of a six-sided die (one roll for each player). First two odd roles will play Anon & Fangir. The other two players will play Nekron & Karissa. It may be necessary to send the request to the PBM server more than once to obtain the required number of odd rolls.

I will play, unless there is a complaint. I don't know the map, nor have been playing very long, so I might not be the most challenging opponent.

email: Stratovarius@d2sp.net or hs667@hotmail.com I check either email regularly.

Chaos is ever-present, unavoidable, even necessary. Chaos is the way of time, the way of nature, the way of unthinking animals. Chaos will happen. But sentient, thinking beings do not need to help it along. Law is the effort of the civilized to slow chaos, to keep destruction at bay long enough so that thinking, dreaming, hoping, and loving can occur.

You got it!

Looking forward to playing with you guys. Maybe this time I'll stick around long enough to enjoy it.

I'll set this up and get it sent out later this evening.

I'll also be creating topics for a few more team games. I much prefer them to individual games.

Okay, I've recreated the game and sent it to hs667@hotmail.com

You'll be using that eMail address for the rest of the game.

Make sure that you set any SPAM filters you have setup in Hotmail to accept mail from me. The eMail will come from witch-king@attbi.com

Anon - Day 1

A gift was found laying on the ground near me. My scouts have also reported an infestation of smelly peoples, and an Ancient ruin. Forces have been deployed to remove both. A mine was also captured by the intrepid scout.

My troops are beginning the exploration of this large land. We can smell our ennemies in the distance.

We are on our way...

Karissa - Day 1:

A trinket was spied nearby and I set forth to retrieve it. It shall prove valuable should a hero decide to join our cause. Have sent forth emissaries to nearby cities requesting negotiations. It would appear they are interested in joining our cause...

The ruins have been cleared, although with a cost to the starting troops. We shall next march on the smelly little town that we spotted when we first arrived.

Nekron - Day 2

A little amount of gold (its always too much) convinced a nearby dark city to join our side.
Other nearby cities should soon follow this example.

More exploration. Uncovered some magic catalyst that helped to fuel my research. My emmisaries draw closer to the friendly cities nearby while my troops prepare to assault the Drarven city that has refused to negotiate...

Okay, I've resent the turn to both of your eMail addresses. It'll probably be coming from my home eMail.

I'm thinking that there may be some confusion going around with the different games. Make sure you're checking the title of the game to make sure you're playing/logging the correct turn, etc.

Anon - Day 3

I am pleased to inform Fangir that he is not the only one with a new toy, who is now nicely equipped as well. On the morrow we attack.

I recieved 2 at the same time :P
I take it one was just really slow at getting here.
Restart, for no apparent reason, was there when I opened it, with no "cheater" screen or anything.

Fangir

We are increasing our empire with a village and an outpost joining our cause. The outpost actually not willingly, but so our hero got some experience.

Karissa - Day 3:

An outpost joined our cause willingly, while an underground Dwarf village refused to join but was easily defeated by my forces. A Goblin town to the North asked too great a price and I attempted to take it by force. Unfortunately my efforts proved fruitless. I shall send another emissary to negotiate.

Still no hero has shown up requesting to join my empire...

We have taken an outpost that was unwilling to barter and are now converting it to our cause. We also plan to begin exploring more of the map soon, although our troop base is a little low at this point.

A goblin town joined my cause today, but unfortunately that mean I was unable to accept the services of a hero who requested to join my empire. Perhaps I will have the opportunity tomorrow...

Fangir - last few days

After a slow start we captured a human city and made contact with our ally and enemies. Did some stupid mistakes, though.

(Yes, I am back again. I played 2 or 3 turns during my holiday, I just couldn't get around to write turn logs (slow internet connection etc..))

With the help of our ally, we were able to secure the services of a hero. All praise to Nekron - Master of Death!

My forward scouts were able to easily dispatch a summoned creature of our opponent. I have sent them forward to continue to scout for additional potential conquests.
