We move out with all our troops. We start preparing our super secret weapon. Shhhh, we won't tell anyone what it is.

Dwarves day 1

Wake up you Halflings! Time to battle! Our Dwarven armies move out, we empty a dungeon and pick up most valuable items. What! No Axe! No Shield! What's this silly wand that allows me to call forth magic flames. I can already do that in my spell book. Arghhh, useless items. At least our hero picked up some nice experience.

We did reactivate an old tower though... Good news is no enemies in sight and bad news is all cities surrounding us are heavily guarded...

Hobbits, day 1

Who woke us up??!? Those stinky Dwarves blame us for their loss in the last beer contest?? What are they thinking?? Maybe we need to show them how good we are at brewing! with fists and stones!!

Attacked in the night, good thing we kept our troops together. We are preparing to attack a mighty fortress ahead. Hopefully it will go well.

Dwarves day 2

We move out and prepare for our next adventure. We see far and wide, where are those wandering monsters hiding.

Hobbits, day 2

well we've got good supply of pork chops for a while... else getting ready to tackle a town tomorrow... or maybe the day after...

We advance toward our objective, arrows and swords fly as will kill the troops in our path. Losses were minimal.

Dwarves day 3
Our numbers grow as we take over towns by force and by persuasion. We expand outward ready to face the wandering beasts that will attack in the night.

Hobbits, day 3

A day without big news... so we drink and relax... and prepare for tomorrow of course!!

We rejoice at our victories. A dungeon yields nice treasure, wandering monsters were defeated and on the morrow we will take control of a mighty fortress.

Dwarves day 4

The Halflings relax as we kill mighty armies (and some of them kill us ) Our troops lick their wounds and will sleep well tonight (unless the wandering monsters return)

Hobbits, day 4

Tough day with some losses... they will be remembered as our first casualties... but their bravery allowed us to increase our income substantially...

We advance gathering more troops to join us. We clean out a dungeon and get nice treasure and experience. More evil things will fall tomorrow. No sign of our dwarven enemies, soon, soon we hope we are prepared.

Dwarves day 5

Can't remember what we did? Must be some evil spell of the Halflings. What were we trying to do? That's right, kill Orcs and Gobbos. They are hovering just out of sight, we think?

Hobbits, day 5

Bought a city at a fairly cheap price... for the armies inside. Else moving forward to next targets... and getting prepared for the imminent assault from the Orcs...

We march on and are victorious however we think we have explored too far and not brought enough troops with us. We will see what happens in the night.

Dwarves day 6

Another city captured and more evil things will fall tomorrow. We advance to victory

We were attacked by Orcs in the night but we strike back, I hope they don't attack again in the night. We also spot a dwarf spy, good, let the hunt begin.

Dwarves day 7

We position our troops to attack the evil out there. We also spot 4 Halflings in the distance, they are wounded, I wonder what evil they have been fighting.

Indeed, the Hobbits are showing up! We sent an archer over to say hi... and on another front, Puck is no more! Hmm who is next...

Hobbits, day 7

So the Dwarves are coming... we'll welcome them with our best bear!

Lost an Elven archer to the Hobbits... but he managed to criple a poneyrider before he surrenders... We see yellow tags everywhere... so we've decided to replace all of these in pink... tomorrow...

Hobbits, day 8

Had a first battle against the Dwarves... we're victorious in this one but lost a few good units... Kicked some Orcs but discovered Lily nearby with many bodyguards... So our beautiful Jiswyn brought a few more along... let see what happens in the night...

We advance and prepare to kill more evil beasts, we are spreading out over mountains and through the valleys. Great News! Our scouts report the evil dwarf hero is alone and poisoned. We strike! He was in no state to fight, now he's dead

Dwarves day 8 and 9

We move out and take over a nice Orc city and prepare to attack more gobbos. The Halflings are approaching... we decide to regroup before attacking their hero. It shall certainly get interesting.

We regroup from our past victories and prepare for the next wave. We are pushing the Dwarves back left and right but they hide in the mountains. Our dwarf city will soon put out the armies to take of that problem.

Dwarves day 10

Jiswyn was approaching and we decided to stay in the goblin city hoping she would not attack until we were ready. Our craftsman toiled through the night and we were rewarded with a new catapult to start in the new day. Jiswyn had decided it best to gather her troops around the magic pool for a blessing. With more troops on the way we decide it best to strike! We launch our attack on Jiswyn, 6 armies against 6, Jiswyn has great defense but her mana reserves are gone. Both armies filled with archers, the difference..... Our mighty hero has a lightning wand and the new catapult. When the battle was over, Jiswyn lay dead at our feet, Lily picked up the treasure, healed herself in the pool and camped with the catapult and 2 others, waiting for the halfling troops nearby to attack or run away.

The dwarves have built a surprise balloon Our scholars pour over old texts and ancient scrolls to discover a means to defeating this threat.

Dwarves day 11

Having survived the attack in the night we are pleased and hope we have a few days to regroup before the next invasion. Our troops search the mountains and valleys for more scattered halflings.

We continue staging our troops for the next assault. We kill a few troops and take empty cities but nothing of major consequence this turn. We wait until the morrow when we go hunting for baloons

Dwarves day 12

We are regrouping and gathering our troops together. We finally decided to get rid of the goblins, they are all dead.

Some minor skirmishes with the Dwarves... and they've won it again...

We regroup after our advance troops die in the night. We will make another attempt on the dwarf hero soon but not today. We continue to press forward hoping to find more dwarves to kill

Dwarves day 13

Minor skirmishes once again. Too bad the halflings are using dwarves in the mountains, we must do something about that. Our advance archers have spotted Ham, he is alone but we're sure that his reinforcements are not far behind. We'll soon see what we can do to destroy him (of be destroyed by him )

We kicked ourselves BIG time!!! But you can't touch my balloon!!! you little folks... ponies are not enough to allow you to reach me! hehe...

Hobbits, day 13

So Sondra goes to meet Jiswyn... well actually Sondra goes to hell but Jiswyn goes somewhere else... well she died in the cave... thinking she might avoid the wrath of our Ham... so Lily, be careful! I'm coming!! Just to let you know that Sondra died in one single stroke for 10 hp's...

There is little left of the dwarf resistance. We will continue to mop up what remains. Our archers continue to get closer to that balloon.

Such tragedy to see 5 rounds of attacks with no damage to either hero and then *thump* one hit and my mighty hero was dead. Most unfortunate
We attempt to rally behind Lily, but our morale has been shattered.

Tough guys are those indies!! Ham had a hard time against them... but they are all dead... the next would be that berserker...

We continue to capture more and more territory from the dwindling dwarves. There is little left (except that balloon). We also kill the Orc leader, don't know how much left they have but we'll destroy them too.

Dwarves day 15

Lily and her bodyguards are poised and ready to be attacked, don't know if the Halflings will advance or not. We regroup our forces and start preparing for a way to attack their hero.

Getting ready to counter imminent assaults from the Dwarves... on both fronts... will lose at least one scout overnight...

The balloon was just in reach. Our heroes were able to kill the newly built giant. Little remains of our enemy, we think they have only 2 archers left and 2 towns, both we hope to capture next turn.

Dwarves day 16

Minor skirmishes as we try and figure out where all the halflings ran off to. We decide to kill some orcs instead.

Dwarves day 17

Great battles are brewing. We continue to march on however we expect to see losses soon. Hopefully our enemies will see even greater losses.

We march on after an archer attack killed two of our catapults. The stragglers were quickly destroyed and we continue our march into enemy lands. Their hero hides in the hills where we can't reach him. Too bad, he was wounded, maybe next turn.
