A glorious start for the Dark Elves as we capture a tower and see far and wide. Good, no halfings in sight but that will change by morning or the day after. Spells aren't great but also are not bad, random cities could be worse, at least the halflings won't buy the nearby two hex, it will go down fighting.

Moving out to claim our world.

We advance into the woods and hills hoping to gather key resources so we can build an army that will conquer the world!

A scout was killed over night. Explored a cave and found 2 crappy items. Apart from this everything is great

Halflings approach from 2 sides. We move our troops to push them back or let them die trying.

A wyvern has been sighted. 2 wolves were killed over night, things still looks pretty ok.

Had a restart cuz starting the turn with Lighthawks.

We kill the fairy that was invading our lands, good thing that bomber did quite a number on her. The unicorn has run out of sight but it can't stay gone for long. On the other front the first 3 halflings we saw were joined by 3 ballistas and 2 catapults Hopefully they'll thin themselves out a little bit on the indies first before I try taking them on.

We killed a goblin wywern and now we see a troll and a beetle of the goblins in the south and a halfling hero with some backup up north.

We kill the invading unicorn and hope to split up the catapults and ballistas into more manageable sizes. We'll see how it goes.

A good day as we kill a beetle and destroy 3 shredderbolts and a catapult. We didn't managed to kill the halfling hero though.

We slay the mighty Ham of the Halflings but it was costly. Now we have no way to slow down the mighty giant and rangers that are approaching. At least there is one less ballista to deal with too.

Things go well and we kill the halfling hero, also we clear out a dungeon with better items than the one before.

An orcish hero has landed in our lands though, backed up by a warlord and some more troops...

We kill the mighty giant. Glad those wolves weakened him but our battle with him was not without losses. Now we are vulnerable to attack by the ranger, ballista and archer. Elsewhere we wipe out a couple ballistas and pony rider. Too bad a city is being guarded by 2 catapults and 2 slingers. Our minor troops are no match, we hope to get more troops into the area before the city is migrated.

We do kill a couple catapults and slingers but it was costly.

Hey, we kill our first Orc, I'm sure more will invade tomorrow.

We suffer losses in the night but at least our valiant forces killed a ballista before dying. Today we avenge their deaths by killing another ballista and that dreaded ranger. Too bad there are close to a dozen more troops approaching. Glad we don't see any more orcs.

We kill more halflings and try and build more troops. One of these days we hope we can push into the halfling lands.

We continue to kill halflings, lots of them to try and kill that's for sure. We think we're making progress but not sure.

Today we killed an evil hero and and his priests. 2 catapults were also destroyed.

But as the evil ugly thing falls dead by our feet another one just like him shows up on the horizon.

One of our ships was sunk and we now have a group of men stranded on an island surrounded by enemy ships

We lay a trap and hope we can get the troops separated from each other so we can handle them easier. Our troops are ready, will our plan work?

The 2nd evil hero goes down too. At first it looked like an easy win but when the filthy thing was down to 1 HP he turned immortal and killed everything but our hero who barely survived after convincing the ugly thing he wasn't immortal after all...

Our plan works and the halflings split themselves up. This makes their giant and small support troops easy prey. Next we will take care of the other invaders, a couple catapults, pony rider and several slingers/swordsmen.

An attack against goblins goes wrong. We have to flee and now our wounded hero is exposed to many goblins. There is a chance the won't attack though, as our hero is still quite strong and has a dwarf archer by his side.

Well, a giant catapult and other support troops approach the other 2 catapults and pony rider with troops that were preparing to attack, total 14 armies. We cannot allow them to rampage about destroying us so we attack! Losses are heavy but we are victorious

We rest from our many battles and prepare for battles tomorrow. Our veteran troops can't sit idle for very long

Our hero survived and is now on the move forward again. Biggest problem now is the halfing troops that unexpectedly came up from the caves right in the centre of our homes.

Another day we prepare for battles, soon we expect to see orcs, elves and halflings. Things are starting to heat up.
