Humans - Day 1

The beginning. It is a wide open world and we humans shall expand to take it all! We quickly recruit a 3rd hero, although no battles are fought today - we feel good about our future!

Lost our starting hero today An archer and pikemen were too much for him. (His followers muttered something about only a loser would swing and miss 4 times in a row and get slaughtered by two level 1 troops). Well, maybe it is better off this way after all!

Michiella the smiling nearly became Michiella the dead today. She fought together with a pony and a slinger against four wild boars. The battle almost ended in disaster, and Michiella had to use ice shards to save her life. Lucky me that I had that spell from the start. Alone and with 2 hp's she emerges from the battle victorious. Need that Healing water badly now, but the earth node gained will help see to that.

Progress is very slow, because lots of our troops have been lost to guardians and indies. At least no heroes have been lost yet, and today a 3-hexer was forced to join us. With the help of healing water it went smoothly.

A lone pony scout was attacked during the night by three wolves, but the pony somehow managed to kill them all. A heroic deed that will inspire new songs to our bards.

We tried to bribe another halfling city into joining us, but they demanded 3 more gold than we had, so we have to wait until tomorrow. Humans - Day 11

We dispatch some Azarc troops that had been scouting our lands...the fools shall learn to keep to their burning sands! A new hero, Draco, joined our forces today - he immediately started to work on preparations for the coming incarnate that seems to be a bit unstoppable!

Earth mastery was cast by the Undead today as well!! This means that our earth node produced a much needed Earth elemental, but we wonder (and fear) what the undead horde must be like.

Many of our troops are advancing and being awarded silver and gold medals for their brave deeds (that is the ones that have survived!).

Curse those sandcrawlers. Overnight they stole our earth node, therby also stealing our earth elemental. Now we have to fight the djinn and also the earth elemental, that should have been ours.

One of our heroes levelled up today, and now has 10 in defense. That will be needed when facing that elemental guy. Ohter level ups soon to follow.

One of our scouts was killed by some indie units, and another scout spotted an azrac hero. Cursed be his name. Curse upon all sandfolk.

Well, an incarnate in the body of a goblin hero captured a city during the knight, but our cavalier with a long range casting of enchant weapon and nature's blessing and even a silver medal rode against this foe - and was the victor! Ahh, it is a relief indeed...but now Captain Tenor is exposed. Draco who just joined was zapped by a lightning strike that we did not even see.

More doombats claim the lives of scouts...atleast our charltan continues to charm about 2/day to replace the ones that we keep losing :/

Somehow, I feel a little better towards the Azarcs after hearing the news of the hobbits Sadly, I think the sandcrawlers may give us many reasons to curse their name in the coming days!!

Let's see how the elves respond to our presence, as we spotted some of them as well.

Humans - Day 14 or so

Well, the 17th level Undead hero Jarax the DemonLord captured a vital city and easily slaughtered all in his path! We are thinking of plans to counter this, yet the leaders on the spot could think of only one: RUN!

The Azarcs are starting to be devilish to us as well. A completely unseen wyvern appeared and took our builders guild and may strike our poorly defended capital during the night.

Our force that has descended to the depths is fighting for their lives against the Undead that seem to be everywhere!! We did manage to free a titan and cavalier from a prison...they are sorely needed in the defense of our new city that we captured.

Both of our heroes leveled today - but unlike the halfling's wimpy heroes that focus on defense they choose to take a combination of hit points, resistence and defense.

(Side note: Not sure where, but the Undead cast Earth Mastery with only having 1 sphere of Earth magic...so they must have bought the spell somewhere....)

Halflings day 18:

The world is on fire! Those cursed sanddwellers are responsible for this, and they will pay. We will cool them off with our strong and valiant forces. Lyan Dayel is driving forth in an attack on the azracs. A 3-hexer was taken without losses, and she will also level up again soon.

Jadral made another level today. Yesterday he fought in a prison battle, but he had to retreat without freeing the prisoners. The guards were simply too tough. The experience earned at least gave him a level up.

Yesterday a level 4 dwarf joined our cause as well. With mountaineering he can claim resources otherwise unreachable for us.

Michiella is moving towards Jadral to help fighting off those last prison guards. Jadral will have to rest a couple of days first, since he was cursed by a foul beast in the first battle.

Them halflings seem to be doing well...they list the heroes that joined...while we list the heroes lost!

Today Draco's short tenure with us ended on the spit of a Syron's long stick.

Lyan killed a few azracs and also an orcish scout today in our border lands. They must fear our brave heroes because there is no sign of large forces near us yet.

We spotted a 10-defense red dragon that might become a huge threat if it moves in our direction though. Let's hope not. Strange that the undead have launched such a massive attack on the humans, and still left us alone.

The dwarves offered us peace today, and it was welcomed of course. The frostlings weren't as friendly though, as they declared war upon us.

Humans - Day 20

Since we were little children we have heard the stories of great heroes imprisoned for crimes they did not commit at the Pagon Prisons. Having grown up on this tale, Caption Tenor moved to find out the truth - for help is sorely needed. He took only the trusty gold medal Cavalier and Draco with him. Draco died in the attempt to cross the bridge...and today, Tenor and his trusty sidekick entered the prisons to free those unjustly imprisoned. First a mighty lizard hero (with dominate) and his pet Basilisk were freed, then with their help we liberated a somewhat less powerful Dwarven hero and her pet Firstborn. Along the way we picked up 4 other troops thanks to our new lizard hero (including 2 halfling rogues).

Elsewhere, our entire presence on the surface has been wiped out by the Azarcs and Undead.

However, in the deep dark depths, Twoblades continues to live, slaughtering Undead at every corner. The 4 hex city that we took from the Undead fought off an assualt during the night and continues to migrate to Human.

With the number of heroes doubling, it was overall - a very good day!!
