Day 2 sees the Goods spreading in search of resources, after fighting underground. Luckily, a node was only gaurded by 3 puppets, so we cut their strings.

Came across a 2 hex city we couldn't afford, but we had the troops to take it. Then had a change of heart, because we are in need of troops, so we will buy them soon. Shaping up for other battles.

Hmmm. Looks to be pretty even at the moment. Orcs making inroads up top, just as my halflings are doing down south. Except superior good races refuse to use chemical weapons!

In the release of a WMDS purely designed to clean up after an ecological disaster, we seem to have caught some dark elves in the fallout. We are sure those that are left will recover immediately though (unfortunately).

Hmmm. Not a good day. Definitely not for the elves, due to a lucky strike by a catapault. Could have been worse, though. And the dark elves take out a halfling medical party. Did they not see the red cross????

Well, you know, the trouble with these WMDS is they invite the MAD approach. And that's exactly what happens here. Tit for tat. However, it causes another opportunity to arise, and my motto has always been "seize the day!!". Well, it is today, anyway.
