6 day bump. Come on guys, let's try and finish this one before the turn of a year. The first post was 3/22/04 and here we are entering march of 2005. We shouldn't be going this slow.

Seti has considerable garrisons at both his capitals...but will he be able to withstand the attacks tomorrow. Or is his Air Galley-laden troops already heading to support one of these?.

Today, Seti was defeated in a concerted attack on both his towns with wizard towers. Now, it is between Ofir and myself, though with Ofir owning almost all the mines, I can almost predict the outcome...

Hmm... Seti's sudden defeat was unexpected. My reputation is 'average' compared to 'renown' of Amon. No pretense, war is declared immediatly to see if any advantage can be gained.

Either way, I think one kill and a 2nd place finish will get me into the finals.

I'd hoped to destroy Amon's northern army but he did the best thing possible and retreated alive. It seems he anticipated this move and sold Seti's former wiz tower. Either that or he's gold strapped.

A Tigran town captured, unguarded.

Cash-strapped and you know it Ofir, owning almost all the mines! Retreat is the best possible option now as I have to get my troops healed.

Hmm... Another northern force under my nose: Hero, 2 mammoth riders, spider queen, fire elemental and others. Things just got alot more interesting.

The ambush of goldmine seeking succubus backfired when she killed all my ambushers.

I order pressure on as many fronts as possible to try and overwhelm. I don't know if it's working. Amon manages to retreat a southern force away from a town before I can destroy them.

Amon still registers 'renown' while I tank out at 'average'.

Amon -

Well, I took care of the succubus for you...she committed suicide!!

Ofir has a horde of troops coming in at all fronts...I just hope my battle-weary troops make it home in time.

Thanks Amon, but I had to do you better and had a full stack commit suicide. I felt that your archers needed some target practice so I gave them a shooting gallery to improve their skills. Some more exchanges like that and I could lose the war.

BTW - were these games meant to have surrender on? I hate surrender.

Amon's northern force was caught underground trying to run away from my north force and it was defeated in a 3 to 1 battle. Hooray!
