Modding Tools pack includes:

Clickteam Install Creator
- Easy to use install creator for your mod project

MLDEdit
- By Velaryon. Original upload here: http://aow2.heavengames.com/downloads/showfile.php?fileid=374
- For editing the .mld -files, in case you want to rename some abilities, structures, spells etc (the .mld files are located in the \Dict folder).

UGPM_gui
- Made by HamletG.
- Easy to use Graphical User Interface version of PawelS' recoloring (UGPM) -program.

UGPM1_1 and UGPM1_5
- The recoloring programs by PawelS
- UGPM1_5 -version has some extra commands, (like DOUBLE and SIZE) and it sometimes works on graphics that UGPM1_1 wont.

Unitedit2_4a
- Latest version of PawelS' uniteditor.
- With this cool tool you can change level of abilities, add special effects to your ranged attacks, change unit levels and hitpoints above normal cap and more!

XVI32
- Freeware hex editor by Christian Maas.
- Good program for editing those morph targets (if you choose to go that road, more info here: http://aow.heavengames.com/cgi-bin/forums/display.cgi?action=ct&f=33,5220,,all)
- Also can be used for EXE -modding.

Some of these were hard to find anymore or unavailable, so I tought it'd be good idea to save some applications I've found most useful as a single pack for other modders. Good Luck & Have Fun. ;)

Excellent idea. I was looking for all those programms individually.

Additional Comments: Now I will be able to work faster in my SuperMod.
