This was one of my favourite maps from the original game for online or email games. This is a Dwiggs version of the map, so you need Dwiggs 5.0a Beta installed for it to work

You can try playing SP if you like, but the positioning of the heroes means that it is open to abuse, and you won't find much opposition from the AI as it has problems dealing with water and boats, as well as the speedy and intelligent use of summoning on the surface that is needed in this map

Here is the original story:
Sea levels are a relative thing, and the lands of Dodorius prove this. It was once a rich land with many resources and riches, and therefore a desirable place for wizards. The greatest of these power hungry mages was Foo Long, a water wizard as quick with a garden hose as any zealous gardener. But he found the lands too dry for his tastes and raised the level of the nearby sea, flooding the lands. Now, Foo Long is long gone, but the flood remains.
